Google announced some improvements to its search result pages and covered them in some good detail on their official blog.
Google has deployed a technology that it claims can better understand associations and concepts related to a user search. One of the first applications as you might guess is to provide a better useful related search. Google is now able to target more queries, more languages (37 of them) and make suggestions that are more relevant - even for longer queries.
