Email Center Pro announced the addition of a graphic widget dubbed Conversation Tracker™ to its online CRM offering.
The tool enables users to see the flow of email conversations across multiple email accounts from the client dashboard, including full conversation history, aissigning a conversation, arching, as well as any internal notes.
